 Bob Cannon
President/CEO
Bob Cannon is the founder of the ClearView group of companies including ClearView Real Estate Capital, LLC (CVREC) and currently serves as Director of CVREC. Bob has directed the construction of well over one million square feet of office and residential property during his career and has served in an asset management capacity for several properties. Bob has successfully raised tens of millions of dollars of investment capital for various real estate projects and currently represents dozens of clients investing in institutional grade properties throughout the United States.
Before founding ClearView, Mr. Cannon served as an executive at public and private organizations with thousands of employees and operating budgets in the tens of millions of dollars. He received a master’s degree in public affairs from the Rockefeller College at the State University of New York at Albany in 1974. He and his wife, Leslie, have three children. They live in Sammamish, Washington.

 Dave Rumsey
Principal
David Rumsey is the designated broker for ClearView Real Estate Capital’s Upstate New York office in the Rochester area. His background is as a transactional real estate lawyer with an emphasis in real estate investment and related issues. After working for a large regional law firm in upstate New York, Dave left the full-time practice of law in 2004. He now functions both as a register representative in the TIC/DST industry and as a principal with ClearView. Using his contacts and experience from his law practice, Dave recently introduced one of his clients located on the east coast to an existing CVREC client located on the west coast. He contributed substantively in the negotiation of the resulting joint venture which is now projecting a capital raise of over $2.7 billion in the TIC/DST industry. Dave works together with his partners to source institutional-grade property for their clients, along with mezzanine financing, balance sheet enhancement, and to raise capital for clients both domestically and internationally. Dave has a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, a J.D. from Syracuse University, College of Law, and he holds a real estate broker’s license and law license from the State of New York. He and his wife, Lydelle, have two sons, and enjoy skiing, sailing and traveling together.

Ms Nunley, Acquisition/Disposition Consultant specializes is Distressed and Non-distressed assets. She graduated from Arizona State University with B.A., and has over 9 years experience in the Real Estate Industry including 6 years dealing with distressed assets ranging from Residential to all asset classes of Commercial Real Estate. She lives in Bellevue, Washington with her 3 children.

Leslie Cannon
CFO
Leslie Cannon serves as the CFO of the ClearView companies and runs the Managed Money platform for ClearView Wealth Management, LLC. Leslie was a founding partner of The ClearView Group, Inc. in 1986 with husband Bob and joined ClearView Wealth Management LLC full time in 2006. Leslie holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is a registered representative of Pacific West Securities and an investment advisor representative of Pacific West Financial Consultants.
With over 20 years of experience in Financial Operations Management, Leslie brings solid analytical skills and best practices from her work with some of the largest and most respected companies in Puget Sound including Starbucks, REI and Microsoft. Leslie obtained her BS from Syracuse University and her MBA in Finance/Accounting from Cornell University. Leslie and Bob have three children and have lived in the Seattle area since 1980. She enjoys travel, gardening and reading.

 Kathy Lindeke
Business Manager
Kathy Lindeke joined the ClearView Companies as the Business Manager after working for 17 years as the Controller for a mid-size law firm. She is responsible for overseeing ClearView's daily operations, financial reporting and business analysis. She holds series 6, 7, 22, 63 and 65 securities licenses through Pacific West Securities, Inc. and is currently registered to practice in eleven states.
Ms. Lindeke earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and her MBA from City University. She is a Seattle native and enjoys camping and cooking. She lives in Sammamish, Washington with her husband Jeff and their daughter.
